Each Child - a Phonics Hero!

On each level of Phonics Hero, a child is on a mission to rescue a Superhero friend: Flight, X-Ray, Stretch, Speedy, Strong, Invisibility and Jumpy hero, who have been locked up by Dr. Lazy Bones. By completing the three essential synthetic phonics skills (knowing the sounds, reading and spelling) they rescue the heroes.

By playing the games, leading to the eventual rescue of the Superhero friends, children earn star points. At any point in playing, children can visit the ‘Star Shop’ to buy hoverboots, shields and lots more! These goodies are then hidden in the secret hideout. Additional star points can be earned by clicking on Zak the Superhero Leader when he turns up in the games.
